Many of our products feature custom options and add-ons. We believe in putting you in complete creative control and ensuring you get the exact right fit for your home and patio.
This means we have a variety of lead times and shipping restrictions across our products. Please note the expected production/fulfilment time on each product page and appropriate shipping options. All of our products are available for local pickup, and many for local delivery. Select items are available for national delivery, either for a nominal fee or with free shipping. For custom quotes on expanded delivery, please contact us directly.
Certain items are in stock and ready for immediate fulfillment, as noted on the product page. These items will ship or be scheduled for delivery within 48 hours. If for any reason the order cannot be processed right away, you will be contacted by the email you provided at checkout with an updated timeline.
Returns, Replacements, Refunds
CLOSEOUTS
Products ending in $.95 are closeout specials. No refund, replacement, or returns can be accepted on these special opportunity buys.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Items ending in $.00 are considered Custom Order items. Custom orders have different production times and varying availability. See the individual product page for the latest production estimates. For an update on your existing order, please contact us at the information below.
Returns or Replacements will be issued for custom order items ONLY:
- For items damaged in shipping
- For production errors (size or color different than ordered, etc).
We are unable to accept returns on customer regret or customer mistake or regret items at this time.
STOCK ITEMS
Items ending in $.99 are considered Stock Items. We will accept returns on any stock item within 30 days of purchase. Item should be in good shape and, if applicable, in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.
We will issue refund or replacement for stock items damaged in transit. Please send photos of damaged item(s) to: contact@yourplace4.com
